Located in Jinzhong City, Shanxi Province, China, our facility covers 43,056 ft², equipped with 10+ high-end CNC machining centers, advanced Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), and supporting inspection equipment. Our team of 50+ experienced technicians and engineers can handle various precision machining orders from single-piece prototyping to mass production, with continuously growing annual processing capacity.

Our Machining Equipment

We operate a fleet of advanced CNC machine tools, including vertical machining centers, gantry-type machining centers, five-face machining centers, and precision measuring instruments — enabling us to handle everything from conventional milling to large, complex part machining, all to the highest precision and quality standards.

Our Casting Equipment

We operate advanced casting production lines covering sand casting, precision casting, and investment casting processes. Capable of producing cast iron, cast steel, and non-ferrous metal castings, we support everything from single-piece trials to volume production — supplying high-quality blanks for downstream precision machining.

Manufacturing Capabilities & Services

From your drawing to the finished part, our in-house manufacturing capabilities cover the entire process: tooling design and development, blank casting and forging, rough machining, surface treatment and heat treatment, in-process inspection, finish machining, final inspection, and global logistics (packaging, crating, and shipping). Every part is precise, reliable, and delivered on time.

Engineering Support

Our engineering team provides Design for Manufacturability (DFM) analysis at the project outset, helping optimize product design, material selection, and machining processes to reduce manufacturing costs and shorten lead times from day one.

3D File Integration

We accept your 3D design files directly (STEP, IGES, STL, and other formats) and import them seamlessly into our CAM and machining systems, ensuring your design intent is accurately translated into toolpaths with no loss of fidelity.

Precision Machining

10+ high-end CNC machining centers provide multi-axis milling, turning, gantry machining, and more across a wide range of metals — from single-piece prototypes to full-scale production runs.

Quality Assurance
