Yes — every quote includes basic DFM feedback at no extra charge. We’ll point out potential issues with tolerances, material selection, undercuts, thin walls, or features that could increase cost or lead time, and suggest cost-saving alternatives when possible.

We have no strict minimum for most processes — we happily produce prototypes and runs as low as 1 piece. Larger production runs (100+ units) generally receive better per-part pricing due to setup amortization.

Yes. We provide mill test reports (MTRs), certificates of conformance (CoC), and material certifications upon request. Inspection reports, First Article Inspection (FAI), PPAP Level 1–5, and other quality documentation are available based on your requirements.

Our manufacturing factory is located in Shanxi Province, China. We ship nationwide and internationally via UPS, FedEx, DHL, and freight carriers. Export compliance and customs documentation are handled as needed.

We warrant that our products are free from defects in material and workmanship and conform to approved specifications at the time of shipment. Customers must inspect goods within 14 working days of receipt and report any issues in writing. Verified non-conforming parts will be repaired, reworked, or replaced at our discretion; refunds are not provided unless agreed in writing.
